I have a passion for helping those who feel stuck in their addiction and are searching for a way out. My passion stems from being directly impacted by addiction and then choosing to focus on addiction in the beginning of my counseling career. Recovery is not linear and no two journeys are the same.

Addiction typically starts small and often before you know it, it has seeped into all areas of your life. Substances help numb you from emotions and trauma that you were not ready to deal with. Although it effectively numbs you, it also isolates you from those who love you.

My role is to motivate you to keep fighting towards your goals and help you acquire the tools necessary to confront your addiction. These tools give you the confidence to regain control over your life and build the future that you want for yourself.
